The VIOFO WM1 is a small and unobtrusive dashcam with 2K QuadHD quality in 30 fps. The result: razor-sharp images. The camera therefore clearly stands out for its performance and not for its design, which really disappears into your interior. It's barely there and doesn't obstruct your view. Add the Sony STARVIS sensor, parking mode, super night vision, GPS logger and voice control and you have a dashcam that is almost perfect with the WM1.
Thanks to the built-in microphone, you can record sound in and around the car. You can also turn this off again if necessary. You can connect the WM1 via a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection and operate it via the VIOFO app, which allows you to adjust settings, view samples or download images to your phone.
2K QuadHD and a compact design
The integrated Sony STARVIS sensor gives you excellent images in 1440P at 30 frames per second and captures important details such as traffic signs and license plates, day and night. After the trip, immerse yourself in images as you saw them with your own eyes. The Sony Starvis sensor with 7G lens with 1.8 aperture delivers detailed images. This sensor improves dynamic range in low light and reduces noise so you retain all the details even when shooting at night.
The tubular design without a display and the flexible mount for an optimal viewing angle make the VIOFO WM1 the most user-friendly dash cam to date. Fear of poor visibility? You simply place the camera behind your rearview mirror so that it is barely in the way and your view is not impaired at any time.
GPS registration and convenient parking mode
Thanks to the included GPS, the WM1 displays the current speed, which can be crucial in the event of an incident. In addition, it remembers the location and route while recording.
Smart parking mode monitors your car when you are away. You then have a choice of three options: (1) the camera automatically records for 35 seconds when it detects moving images, (2) creates a time-lapse in low-level images with no sound, or (3) records continuously in a mini file size . All these options help you save more space on your micro SD card.
The WM1 is equipped with a supercapacitor that ensures the camera can withstand extreme heat and cold. This guarantees you a long service life in any weather.
